Dr Ahmad Bani Sadar is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner with a strong academic background and diverse clinical experience gained in both Pakistan and the United Kingdom. He began his medical career overseas, where he trained and worked in several leading tertiary care hospitals before moving to the UK to pursue further training. He successfully completed his General Practice training and is a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP).

Dr Ahmad brings a comprehensive approach to family medicine, with particular clinical interests in Palliative Care, Elderly Medicine, and Weight Management. He holds a diploma in Practical Palliative Care from the UK and is especially passionate about supporting elderly and frail patients with dignity, respect, and holistic care—focusing on chronic disease management and end-of-life support.

In the area of weight management, Dr Ahmad combines clinical expertise with personal insight. Having undertaken his own successful weight loss journey, he offers a unique and empathetic perspective, supporting patients with tailored plans that may include lifestyle modification as well as evidence-based medical therapies, including injectables where appropriate.

In everyday practice, Dr Ahmad provides the full spectrum of general medical care and is known for his warm, patient-centred approach. He believes in building long-term, trusting relationships with individuals and families, and places great value on continuity of care as a cornerstone of better health outcomes.
